Ingredients:
* 2 medium tomoatos, sliced
* Quarter block of tofu, sliced
* Coriander (or parsley), chopped
* 3 TBS sesame oil
* 3 TBS vinegar
* 1 TBS soy sauce
* Pinch of brown sugar
* Half tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place tomato andn tofu on dish
2. Sprinkle with coriander
3. Serve with dressing
