World Vegan Day Degustation Dinner Announced 1

Beetroot tartareIN THE WAKE of the amazing Vegetarian Month dinner at Hector’s at the end of September, chef Jinu Abraham has created a startling new menu and degustation dinner to mark World Vegan Day.
The Hector’s special vegan dinner will include a beetroot tartare with olive oil and coconut snow, exotic mushrooms with cauliflower and white truffle cream, and black fermented garlic, wood planked silken tofu with saffron and lee puree, grilled artichoke and avocado wasabi salsa, and a gorgeous chocolate mousse with strawberry.
