The dinner will appeal to vegans and vegetarians, through to foodies interested in sampling this outstanding award winning cuisine prepared by executive chef, Jinu Abraham, inaugural winner of the best New Zealand vegetarian dish competition 2012.
The menu on the night consists of:
Potato sphere with watermelon
Almond yogurt and tamarind chutney
Wasabi cauliflower panacotta
Crumbed lotus stem sandwich, carrot miso, orange vinaigrette, shiso salad
Pineapple & chilli granita
Spinach and semolina filo
Grilled organic tofu, warm quinoa with pomegranate, kale & pinoli sauce
Steamed coconut & pistachio stuffed rice dumpling
Candied lemon, rose parfait (pictured)
Strawberry with balsamic vinegar praline
Tea, coffee or chilled infused coffee served with soy milk or rice milk
